Professional Experience: Seven years working at New Day Recovery and On Demand Counseling, focusing on withdrawal management and outpatient treatment.
Philosophy: Ashley uses CBT techniques to help clients set goals and develop a plan to achieve recovery.

Beth Brocker, LPCC
Beth Brocker is an individual counselor at On Demand Counseling, dedicated to supporting clients on their journey to improved mental health and lasting recovery. With a compassionate and client-focused approach, Beth helps individuals address their unique challenges and work toward their personal goals.

Katie Butcher, LPC

Professional Experience:
Katie has over four years of experience in outpatient addiction and mental health counseling, primarily working with individuals and occasionally facilitating group programming. She specializes in supporting individuals facing addiction and trauma, with a strong focus on dual diagnosis care. Katie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapeutic approach that helps clients process past events influencing their current beliefs and behaviors. Her extensive experience has equipped her to navigate the complexities of trauma and mental health with compassion and expertise.

Katie’s counseling approach is both client-centered and therapist-guided. Outside of her professional work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, diving into her latest Kindle reads, and experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking. She finds joy in creating meaningful moments at home and exploring new recipes that bring people together.

Irene Consiglio, BS. Ed., M.Ed. Admin., LCDC II
Specialties: Substance use disorder, telehealth, IOP telehealth.
Professional Experience: Over 7 years with On Demand Counseling, former Lead Counselor at New Day Detox, specializes in individually tailored treatment plans.
Philosophy: Irene believes in the importance of spiritual and mental healing, creating hope for positive changes through a holistic approach.
Personal Interests: Enjoys family time, Ohio sports, and staying connected with her faith.

Marrissa Crown, BSW, LSW, CDCA
Specialties: Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, addiction counseling.
Professional Experience: Graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s in social work, obtained LSW in 2023 and CDCA in 2022. Three years of experience working with clients ages 5 to 80.
Philosophy: Marrissa strives to create an accepting, judgment-free space using a strengths-based approach and motivational interviewing. She incorporates self-help books and individualized worksheets in her sessions.
Personal Interests: Enjoys movies, exploring new places, and is a fan of Elvis Presley and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Kerry Davies, CDCA
Specialties:
Group Therapy Facilitation, including PHP and IOP outpatient care
Professional Experience:
I began my career in the field in February 2021 as a client care coordinator at another facility, working in detox and residential levels of care. After earning my CDCA, I was eager to grow and expand my skills. In July 2023, I joined On Demand Counseling, focusing on group therapy and case management. My primary goal has been to build a robust PHP program while supporting clients on their recovery journeys.
Philosophy:
I believe in creating a judgment-free space where clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery. My approach is solution-focused and includes sharing my own experience, strength, and hope from my personal recovery journey. My aim is to inspire and instill hope that a purposeful, fulfilling life is not only possible—it’s achievable. We do recover.
Personal Interests:
I’m an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and spend my Saturdays cheering them on—attending games in person whenever possible. Sundays are for the Steelers! I also love spending time outdoors, whether it’s enjoying a peaceful backyard fire, four-wheeling, swimming, or fishing. My three children keep me active and on my toes. From chasing after my three-year-old to watching my daughter excel in her studies and supporting my son as he navigates fatherhood with my granddaughter, my family is my greatest joy.

Michelle Ehrhart, LSW, MSW
Specialties: Adults, couples, veterans, substance use, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and anger management.
Professional Experience: LSW since 2020, MSW in 2022, with experience working in male prisons, veterans, and individuals with special needs.
Philosophy: Michelle creates a safe, validating environment while challenging clients’ thinking patterns to promote healing and self-growth.
Personal Interests: Enjoys spending time with her son and husband, watching NFL football, and traveling with her family.

Andrea Matzye, LISW-S, LICDC, EMDR Trained Therapist
Specialties: Substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety.
Professional Experience: Over 8 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, offers supervision for social work interns and licensure candidates.
Philosophy: Andrea believes in a collaborative, person-centered approach, offering clients a variety of treatment options tailored to their needs.
Personal Interests: Enjoys spending time with her dog, family, and friends, and practicing meditation and Zumba.

Susan McNorton, LPC, LICDC
Specialties: Addiction and dual diagnosis counseling.
Professional Experience: Nearly 25 years in addiction counseling, including leadership roles and program development in IOP and residential levels of care.
Philosophy: Susan utilizes an eclectic counseling approach, with a focus on DBT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy to meet client needs.

Jenna Siefert, LPC
Specialties: Mental health counseling via telehealth, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders.
Professional Experience: Background in inpatient behavioral health and residential treatment settings, trained in EMDR therapy.
