If you are on Medicaid, please log in at Members.ohiomh.com or call the consumer hotline at 1-800-324-8680 to update your information and to pick your new Managed Care Plan.
The following information will need updated:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Failure to pick your plan by June 30, 2022, Ohio Medicaid will pick your plan for you.
